Lewis' Educational & Research Collaborative Internship Project, or LERCIP College, is an educational summer opportunity for college students to take part in 10-week, paid internships at NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The project provides students with introductory professional experiences to complement their academic programs and research interests, primarily in science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers. The project gives students firsthand experience in a research and development environment. Students work under the guidance of Glenn Research Center scientists or engineers who serve as the students' mentors.
