05.18.95 - The launch of AC-77/GOES-J has been postponed 24 hours to allow time to complete failure analysis of the Atlas stage main battery.
05.02.95 - The RP-1 Atlas first stage fuel for the AC-77 wet countdown dress rehearsal is being loaded aboard today.
04.12.95 - The AC-77 Centaur stage was successfully mated to the Atlas today. Atlas 1 launch vehicle arrived at Cape Canaveral Air Station by C-5 air cargo plane on April 7.
04.06.95 - Due to strategic requirements, the arrival of the Atlas 1 (Atlas Centaur) launch vehicle aboard a C-5 military aircraft has been rescheduled for Friday night with the offloading to occur on Saturday morning.
03.29.95 - The AC-77 Atlas1 (Atlas Centaur) rocket is scheduled to arrive at the Skid Strip on Cape Canaveral Air Station on Apr. 4 and be offloaded on Apr. 5.
03.20.95 - Work on GOES-J continues on schedule. The fit check with the payload adapter was successfully completed.
02.24.95 - The GOES-J spacecraft arrived at KSC on Tuesday, Feb. 21 by C-5 aircraft and was taken to Astrotech to begin processing.
02.22.95 - The GOES-J weather satellite, to be launched aboard an Atlas I rocket in May, arrived today by C-5A air cargo plane at KSC's Shuttle Landing Facility from the manufacturing plant in California.
02.14.95 - AC-77/GOES-J (May 19) The GOES-J weather satellite is scheduled to arrive by airplane at the Shuttle Landing Facility on Feb. 22.
