Orion Navigation Sensor

Mick Hartzheim of the Fabrication Development Technology Branch is busy populating the DC-DC Converter Board which is part of the Power Distribution Unit for the Orion Navigation Sensor Detailed Test Objective (DTO).

Langley's role in the Orion Navigation Sensor DTO is to provide system integration, testing, system engineering and overall project management. The project is about reducing risks associated with the first use of the navigation sensors on the Orion crew capsule that will dock with International Space Station.
