The idea for this program was conceived when NASA Administrator Daniel S. Goldin made a commitment to NASA contractors to establish a program to improve communication between government and industry. The intent is to provide offerors, potential offerors and contractors with a single point of contact to address their concerns if issues arise. An Agency-wide ombudsman and Center ombudsmen have been designated and are available to facilitate the procurement process. The names and phone numbers for each Center ombudsman are listed below.
