NASA ADMINISTRATOR SPEAKS AT EARTH OBSERVATION SUMMIT

NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe will address the international Earth 
Observation Summit Thursday at 2:30 p.m. EDT. 

Media should use the Department of State 23rd Street entrance. Media 
registration is 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. EDT. The Summit opens at 8:55 a.m. 
EDT. The Summit news conference is at 10:05 a.m., with media access 
from 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. EDT.
