NEXT EARTH SCIENCE UPDATE EXPLORES GLOBAL EFFECTS OF ARCTIC SEA ICE

The worldwide impact of a simultaneous reduction in Arctic sea-ice and 
considerable warming of the Arctic over the past 20 years is the 
topic of NASA's next Earth Science Update. 

The Update is Thursday, Oct. 23, at 1 p.m. EDT in the NASA 
Headquarters James Webb Auditorium, 300 E Street SW, Washington.
