NOTE TO EDITORS : N04-045 Commission On Space Exploration Policy News Conference The next President's Commission on Implementation of U.S. Space Exploration Policy news conference is 4 p.m. Thursday at the Georgia Centers for Advanced Telecommunications Technology, 240 14 St. NW, Atlanta.
