NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Awards Human Capital Contract
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center has awarded Will Technology, Inc., Huntsville, Ala., a contract to provide administrative and technical support services at the center.
The contract begins April 1, 2007, with a one-year base period followed by four one-year options that may be exercised at NASA's discretion. The contract type is a cost plus incentive fee mission services type, with an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) portion. The value of the mission services is approximately $25 million, and the potential IDIQ value is $10 million. The maximum potential contract value if all options are exercised and all IDIQs are issued is approximately $35 million.
Will Technology, Inc., will perform support services for the office of human capital in the areas of organization and leadership development, workforce strategy and planning, academic affairs, training, and employee services and operations.
