NASA, Air Force Award Joint Base Operations Contract

NASA and the U.S. Air Force have jointly awarded Space 
Gateway Support of Herndon, VA, a contract to manage 
base operations for NASA's Kennedy Space Center, FL, 
and the Air Force's 45th Space Wing. Full text of the release:

ITEM 1:   JOHN GLENN/STS-95 LAUNCH COUNTDOWN SIMULATION
The b-roll shows the Kennedy Space Center Shuttle launch team 
participating in a countdown simulation.  Another group of 
engineers, affectionately known as "gremlins," hurl stressful 
problem scenarios at the team, preparing them for issues 
encountered before an actual launch.
