Larry Toups: "To truly do exploration, we have to get beyond low earth orbit. And I think the last 50 years will help set the stage for us to do that. A little bit easier, you know, again in the time frame that we're looking at for the return to the moon. And I think that the first 50 years that we've had here, there's a lot of great accomplishments that we can kind of draw upon to make again the technical challenges that we're going to deal with the return to the moon, particularly in the area of habitation, that we can just incorporate those features. So a lot of our work has already been done for us, based upon the previous 50 years."
