Overview

    The Office of Evaluation was established on December 4, 2011. It evolved from the Office of Independent Program and Cost Evaluation. It provides objective, transparent, and multidisciplinary analysis of NASA programs and projects to inform Agency decision-making.


    The Office of Evaluation is comprised of two organizations:

    • Independent Program Assessment Office (IPAO)
    • Cost Analysis Division (CAD)
